Chestnut-bellied Sandgrouse (Pterocles exustus) is a species of Sandgrouse that is resident in India. They are usually found in grasslands and dry habitats (flatter rather than rockier habitats), though they travel extensively everyday for water. Their camouflage works wonders in their natural habitat, where they are almost indistinguishable from the grasses around them.
